Advancing Technology
Development of MANUSsim Editor
This year, we made significant strides in the development of our latest product, MANUSsim Editor. This groundbreaking platform enables users to create and customize their own CNC machines for G-code simulation. With the development phase nearly complete, we are expecting an early 2025 release, which we believe will revolutionize how the industry approaches CNC G code simulations.
MANUSsim Optimize’s Wide Distribution
We began the widespread distribution of MANUSsim Optimize’s first module: Air Cut Feedrate Optimization. This innovative module has already started helping users save time and resources by optimizing air cut feed rates, marking a pivotal step forward in efficiency and productivity.
Global Presence and Partnerships
IMTS 2024: Showcasing Innovations
We were thrilled to participate in IMTS 2024, where we once again set up our booth and engaged with the global manufacturing community. The event was a fantastic opportunity to meet incredible individuals, discuss cutting-edge innovations, and showcase how MANUS continues to lead in the CNC software sector.
Expanding Our Network
This year, we welcomed numerous new partners from around the world, strengthening our global footprint. 20+ new partners joined us this year over the globe. Each partnership is a step toward our mission of providing innovative solutions to the manufacturing industry.
Entering the Chinese Market
A major milestone for MANUS this year was entering the Chinese market. The new mentorship program we joined, started talks with ZW3D for collaboration ideas, as well as hosting delegations from China, laid the groundwork for establishing a presence in this dynamic and rapidly growing market.
Empowering Users and Expanding Resources
Expanding the MANUSpost Developer Library
In 2024, we added over 100 new post processors to the MANUSpost Developer library. This growth reflects our commitment to continuously enhancing our offerings and providing users with the tools they need to succeed.
First Graduate of “Becoming a Post Processor Expert”
This year marked an important milestone in our educational initiatives: the graduation of the first participant from our “Becoming a Post Processor Expert” self training program. This achievement underscores our dedication to empowering professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in CNC programming. We personally invited him to deliver his certificate and receive feedback from his experience as our first graduate.
