The collaboration began in 2007 when EMGE needed a solution for one of its 5-axis machines. MANUS addressed this need by developing a Tool Center Point Control (TCPC) feature with MANUSpost Developer. This marked the start of a partnership that continues to deliver tailored solutions for EMGE’s unique machine requirements.

With MANUSpost, EMGE gained the flexibility to adapt its CNC machines and control units, many of which are not commercially available. MANUSsim, the G-code simulation software, further enhanced this setup, enabling smoother transitions between machines, reducing errors, and improving production speed and precision.
