MANUSpost developer is free to use. You can create post processors and try them free for 30 days. If you want to download a post processor, you then purchase the permanent license.
What are the payment methods?
We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy.
If I switch CAM software, can I use my existing post processor?
Yes. Post processors created in MANUSpost developer can be extended to work with different CAM software. The platform supports 22 CAM systems, and you can add additional CAMs to an existing post processor as needed.
Should I buy maintenance?
Because downloaded post processors are permanent licenses, maintenance is not required to keep using them. However, annual maintenance is required if you want to continue using customization/editing features and receive ongoing technical support.
Can I try MANUSpost developer before I buy it?
Yes. You can test the CNC post processor you create during the free trial and do not need to purchase until you are satisfied.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You get a permanent license for your post processor with no hidden fees. If you want to keep editing features after the first year, an annual maintenance subscription is required.
How does the pricing and payment model work?
Each CNC post processor is priced separately based on machine complexity. When you purchase one, you receive a lifetime license. There is no mandatory annual fee to keep using the purchased post processor.
What should I do if I can't customize my post processors on my own?
You can learn with the educational materials inside MANUSpost developer. Training videos and learning content are available through Special Member Candidate accounts from the CNC Post Processor Training page. This training is free and hands-on. During training, some account privileges are limited and post processors cannot be purchased until training is completed. If you prefer, you can also purchase our Post Processor Customization service.
Do I have a refund option?
You can test your post processor before purchase to make sure it meets expectations. Because purchase is completed after validation, refunds are not offered for MANUS products.
